The windows installer service cannot update one or more protected windows files

Solution :

1. Download http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/confirmation.aspx?familyId=17c36612-632e-4c04-9382-987622ed1d64&displayLang=en
2.  Update for Web Folders (KB907306)
3. Then setup file and it will ask for your CD windows XP
4. Finish
